(Pizza, sandwiches, snacks provided. Drinks available for purchase in the bar)

Saturday, August 8, 2026 – 6:00 pm
Dinner/Dance with catered BBQ Dinner at The Barn at Hatchet Ranch
(Meal provided by High Octane BBQ. Beer, wine, soft drinks and bottled water provided)
(Alcohol is allowed, you can bring your own but there is no sale of alcohol.)
$75 per person # attending____________
$100 per person if attending all events
