Nordhoff Class of ‘65 60th Reunion Update
Plans are pretty well finalized for our 60th reunion, August 15 to 17, 2025. We are still looking for volunteers to staff the check in table for the dinner Saturday evening. Please contact Jack Jacobs if you are interested in helping.
Invitations with full details will be sent out to class members in the next few weeks via email. If you are not an official class member, but wish to participate in any or all of the events, you are welcome. Please contact Jack Jacobs at the address below.
Also please note that all activities, except the Saturday evening dinner, are free to all attendees.
PLANNED SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES:
Friday, 8/15. 10:00 am. Meet with the Ojai School District Superintendent, Dr. Sherrill Knox, at the campus on El Paseo (where we graduated). Tour the campus as well as the current Nordhoff campus.
Friday, 8/15. 5:00 pm. Meet at the Ojai Brewery, 307 Bryant St. for a casual get together. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
Saturday, 8/16. 5:00 pm. Soule Park Golf Course banquet room. No host bar, followed by dinner at 6:00 pm. Celebrate our 60th reunion with our classmates and friends.
Sunday 8/17. 9:00 am. Meet at the home of Claudia and Wyatt Harris and say goodbye to everyone.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
The cost for the dinner Saturday evening will be $75.00 per person.

For those of us that have been away from Ojai for some time, remember that it can get chilly in the evenings. The dinner will be indoors but the other events will be outdoors. Dress accordingly.

No-Host full bar available, as well as wine and sparkling cider at the tables. Coffee and tea will be available. Prizes given for simple contest questions and a little SWAG will be provided.

Ticket prices are $40 per person, prepaid, none will be available at the door.

Building rental and Taco bar is factored into your cost. BYO beverages. Cost for event is $10/single, $15/couple before 8/23/13. After 8/23/13, $13 Single and $18 couple. No smoking on the property (inside and outside). Still need help with set up, making/bringing decorations and clean up. If anyone has time, it would be fun to have music from the 60s for the reunion.
