Welcome to the first ever MLHS All Class Reunion!!!
Dear Fellow Lakers,
You are invited to join us for the first ever All Class Super Reunion for alumni and friends of Mountain Lakes High School!
We have planned an exciting and meaningful weekend of events to take place on July 3rd and 4th of 2015. Festivities will include fine food and beverages, classic music, fireworks, and, of course, a chance renew old friendships.
So, if you attended ML schools or have a spouse or friends that did, you are invited. The music will be classic as will the people who come to celebrate. Haven't been back to town in a while? Haven’t seen the fireworks in many years? This would be a great time to do so. You could also contact some classmates and encourage them to join you there. This is also a chance to attend a reunion with your siblings, so why not get the gang together for a fun event and an important cause? A reunion within the Super Reunion!
The Reunion Fact Sheet on the Details of Events tab on the left side of this website has all the details and instructions on how to sign up.
But wait, there's more!
The Super Reunion sponsors are also supporting the Coach George Wilson Special Scholarship Fund.
This effort will provide financial support for the children of Marines and Federal Law Enforcement personnel who lost their lives in the line of duty.
The scholarship fund is associated with the Marine Corp-Law Enforcement Foundation (MC-LEF). This highly respected, extremely efficient national organization has been in existence for 18 years and has distributed of over $65 million to help the families of these fallen heroes.
Though national in scope, there is a uniquely local aspect our efforts: The scholarship is named in honor of legendary teacher and coach George Wilson and the MC-LEF was founded by retired marine and lifelong Laker, retired Marine Sargent Major Peter Haas, recipient of the Distinguished Public Service Award, the Navy's highest civilian honor.
For more details on the scholarship click on the MC-LEF Scholarship tab on the left.
For information on the MC-LEF and how your donations will be put to good use visit their website at:
http://www.mc-lef.org/
If you donate please reference the George Wilson Scholarship in the comments section.
Thank You for your support of this great organization and the wonderful opportunities they provide!
In summary, we hope you see the All Class Super Reunion as a chance to attend a great, once in a lifetime social event and also have the opportunity to support families that have experienced great loss.
Should have any questions or comments please contact any of our committee members at any time.
Thanks and we sincerely hope to see you on July 3 and 4.
Sincerely,
