Riccardo Vargas

Riccardo entered the US Army in 1981 after graduation. He served close to ten years in the Army and after earning his Graduate degree in 1993, was commissioned an Officer in the US Air Force. In 2013 Riccardo will complete 20 years of active military service and more than 26 years of combined Active and Reserve military service. He is an Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran and a Bronze Star recipient. He is also a Department of Defense civilian employee with the Defense Intelligence Agency as well as a professor of Public Administration.
