Favorite School Memory	I dont' really have any favorite memories, but my most vivid memory is watching everyone carry stuff out of the school when it burned. Who knew students would try so hard to save school property from a fire.
About Me	Since high school I've taught algebra for more than 25 years. Now I'm retired and volunteer with Packages From Home. We send packages every week to those serving in Afghanistan. It's a lot of fun and I get to "meet" some really interesting people. As the MWR Coordinator (that's Morale, Welfare, and Recreation), I work with the chaplains and the civilian volunteers (or sometimes military personnel), who run the recreation and USO centers. Because the civilians are there for extended periods, we get to know each other pretty well and that helps me know what to send. ...(read more)
