About Me	Graduated from EKU in 1973, wrote a pledge manual for Sigma Nu national fraternity my Junior year, graduated from UK Law School in 1976, clerked for a Kentucky Supreme Court Justice for a year, entered private practice in Frankfort in 1977, was an Assistant County Attorney on a part time basis while in private practice until 1980, practiced criminal defense law until 1985 (my first criminal defense jury trial in 1982 was a death penalty case--my client did not get the chair, that goodness <although goodness had nothing to do with it>), was an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney on a part time basis while also in private practice until 2000, elected Commonwealth Attorney then and am still doing that now. Had a heart attack while on vacation working out in a gym in Hilton Head in 2013 (who says physical fitness and healthy living won't kill you?). Survived-nice hospital in Hilton Head.
