About Me	My wife Debra, and I live in a cute row house on Capitol Hill in D.C. Debra is Senior Program Evaluator for the National Association of City and County Health Organizations. I was an Asst. Professor of Sociology at Columbia University from 1992-1999 and Research Director for American Councils for International Education: ACTR/ACCELS from 1999-2008.
