About Me	After working for my education, I worked for different large corporations, including running a large mutual fund and vice president of real estate development (for two companies). I then set up my own business law practice in Santa Barbara, California, and established four different businesses in publishing, import/export, horse syndication, and entertainment production. I retired to the Northern California wine country, then decided to teach and write. Heading up to Ashland, Oregon (home of the Oregon Shakespeare Theater), I taught business law for Southern Oregon University and recently retired as an Emeritus Professor. Writing is my passion: I’ve written some 25 books that were published (plus numerous magazine and newspaper articles), and fortunate enough to be on national and regional book tours.
