About Me	Enlisted in the Navy and worked as a deck Seaman. Advanced rapidly through the enlisted ranks and was ultimately offered the opportunity to attend college. Graduated from the University of Houston in 1981 and was commissioned as an Ensign. Served in a variety of ships and attained the rank of commander.
