About Me	I have the best family and the best friends in the world. I am really good at looking after people and enjoy helping out my family and friends. I've been married twice to my husband for a total of 41 years and we are learning to live with each other and be best friends. I am an introvert who requires lots of time to myself to regroup. I was diagnosed with BiPolar Disorder in 2001 and am fairly stable most of the time. I really love listening to music and singing and playing my autoharp which is my instrument of choice right now.(subject to change at any moment).
