Favorite School Memory	Our Wellston High School Class of 1985 going to the STATE in boys baseball! I never realized how much this team meant to our community until years later. Those young men had HEART and have continued to make our alumni PROUD!
About Me	Received my Bachelors of Science Degree in Elementary Education, Education of Children with Special Needs and Intervention Specialist. I received my Masters Degree in Classroom Teaching and have worked with children with special needs my entire career. I have taught for 23 years at Jackson City Schools and Oak Hill Union Local School District. I have been married for 27 years to Larry Adkins and we have 2 daughters. Our oldest daughter, Lacey Rachelle, recently graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Care Administration and Business Administration. She also finished her Masters Degree in Health Care Administration from Ohio University. Lacey, 26, is working at Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus. Karissa Rae, 23, is a senior at Shawnee State University majoring in Health Care Administration and Long Term Health Care Administration. She is currently employed at Heartland. Larry and I are so blessed. Lacey was diagnosed with malignant melanoma her freshman year of college. After surgery, lymph node removals and a year of experimental shots (14 each month) my daughter is in remission. We thank GOD everyday for her continued health.
