Favorite School Memory	Band camp, senior play "Rubberneck," running for student council president and losing to Karen Warren by a vote (I'm still not sure Roy voted for me- ha), and growing up with the greatest people in the world!
About Me	Worked in the Paulding County schools for 20 years. Over that time I taught history, was an elementary principal, middle school principal, assistant superintendent and served as Superintendent from 1996-1999. Worked as Dean of Academic Affairs at DeVry Univeristy from 2000-2006. I have served as president of East Central Technical College in Fitzgerald, GA., Assistant Commissioner of the Technical College System of Georgia, president of Valdosta Technical College, and president of Wiregrass Georgia Technical College. I am currently serving as president of Lanier Technical College. Finally got my doctorate in 2006, I was the student speaker at graduation in May 2007 where I shared the stage with keynote speaker Mitt Romney. God has been good to me.
