| About Me | All my life I've been weaving in and out of circles that overlapped; contentment, chaos, contentment...on and on and on and on. Round and round in happy ignorant bliss. I fought to suck the marrow of Truth from the Lies of what I knew; in a ridiculous circular reasoning of reasoning...of reasoning. Absurdity. Insanity. Cancer could not wake me from my restless slumber. Abusive relationships could not disturb my silent reveries. Saying 'a prayer' as a little girl did not distort my fantasy of greatness and power and pride. Sex drugs and rock n roll could not concede any revocation of my will. My husband of whom I worshipped as god could not pull me away from myself, nor could his abandonment prove anything of merit to me. It was only once I threw up my hands in utter surrender and utter relief - to my Father who was faithful to tenderly and lovingly pick me up from out of the muck and the mire and wash me in Living Streams of which no man can bestow in himself or of himself, that I found restitution and restoration. I ran and He pursued me. I sprinted and hid myself away and He found me in the further deeper recesses of my mind and the darkness therein... I love you - whoever you are and wherever you are in your life, I love you friend and care about you. Please, don't be at enmity with God, 'resistance is futile' for He is Mighty to Save but does NOT force man's ability to reject or believe in Him. True Love is without anything having to do with the opposite of that which includes any kind of coercion or forcing you to choose. This life is but a shadow of a shadow of a drop in the proverbial 'bucket' my friend! It is for man to die once and then to either gain eternal life or suffer God's just Judgement of him and his rejection of Him into the second death which is hell and eternal separation from Him with no hope of chance of escape or pleading with Him once there... Friends, you can die tonight knowing you will find yourself at rest in His arms...if you will but throw your hands up and surrender your will for His; the author and finisher of life. I could not break free and the price was too much to pay - a thousand lifetimes could never be enough to save myself and pay the debt that God has paid - for us all... And he who is free...is free indeed! * ~*~ * "And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, BELIEVE on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house." —Acts 16:30,31 How much faith to believe? Just enough! If you have “just enough” faith to put your trust in Christ and go to Him for the forgiveness of your sins, that’s all the faith required. As a matter of fact, the more doubt you have, the greater your faith if you simply act on the belief. If you have so much doubt, that you CANNOT believe on Christ, then you have a serious problem. However, If you have “JUST ENOUGH” faith to take God at His Word and obey the Bible, then you are doing exactly what God expects of you. Jesus never one time spoke of degrees of believing. Jesus simply told us to “believe on Him” ... “And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and BELIEVETH ON HIM, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day” (John 6:40). If you “believe” upon Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, that is all that matters. Do you believe Jesus can save you? Do you believe that you are a sinner? Do you believe you deserve to go to Hell because of your sins? Do you believe Jesus died on the cross and shed His blood? Do you believe He was buried and rose up again three days later? Do you believe that Jesus came to the earth as God in the flesh? If you believe these Bible truths and have “JUST ENOUGH” faith to CALL UPON THE NAME OF THE LORD—You WI...(read more) |
