About Me	After 29 years of teaching and school administration in Iowa, I am retired and living in New Jersey. I recently retired as a colonel after 31 years in the Iowa Air National Guard. I am also a Navy veteran with service in Viet Nam. I was on the USS Washoe County LST 1165 & USS Duluth LPD 6. I was a 2nd Class Engineman. I currently spend my days creating art works (drawing & painting, playing my guitar, watching the Phillies & Eagles, going to art museums, and traveling). Loral and I have been married now for just about 37 years, she is an angel. My son Robby is a U. of Iowa grad and a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from the U. of Illinois. He is a senior research engineer at MIT Lincoln Labs in Boston. He is married to Beth Shafer of Illinois and they have two children: Ola Marie Morrison & Hazel ...(read more)
