About Me	When I was 7 years old I told my mother I wanted to fly, I was told girls don't fly. I waited until my mid thirties to learn how to fly and realized that in order to be a professional Pilot it was going to require an enormous amount of money to get all of the ratings required. I was in sales as straight Commission and saved up my money and every time I was bored I would add another rating, or two or three. After 15 years I had all my ratings now I'm 49 years old at that time. My first job was as a flight instructor second job was flying for an air ambulance at the same time. I flew for private companies corporate companies Charter companies and air ambulance. Air ambulance is really where my heart is. My next-to-last flying job was in a Learjet flying donated organs. After that I received another type rating in a G-150 otherwise known as an Astra jet and flu for the owner as well as Charter. Then my ex-boss called out of the blue and asked me if I would come back to work for him again but this was at CAE simuflite I had worked for him previously teaching the systems and the King Air 200 and all the 90 series of King airs. It's quite an honor when a previous supervisor of yours wants you to come back and work for them again. So I did and I have been at CAE now for two years as an Instructor Pilot and for 1 yr as a Check Airman. I am in a relationship with a wonderful man I met where I presently work. He is a retired International Airlines Captain who flew for United on the 747, 757 and the 767. We do plan on marrying and probably will be married by by the time of the reuni...(read more)
