| About Me | When my class graduated, most walked across a stage to get their diploma. Me!? I was going up a burning hill. I left school early to join CDF, now known as CALFIRE. Went to Paramedic School and I have been in Fire Service for nearly 44 years, 43 years as a Firefighter Paramedic. Though I live in Northern California, I have spent many days and weeks on fires in Ventura County. Including the 2003 Simi Fire more recently the Thomas Fire.
