| About Me | I am a retired police officer, as well as a retired lawyer. In March of 1990, I had a case heard before the Sepreme Court of the United States Admissibility or Compellability of Blood Tests to establish testee's non-paternity for purpose of challenging testee's parental rights. I attended the University of Maryland, as well as The University of Baltimore's Law School, graduating in 1974. I have appeared in the Who's Who in the East (1986) and in law in (1987).
