About Me	I grew up in Portland, Oregon move to Chattaroy Washington and went to Riverside Middle School and then to Riverside High till my sophmore year. Moved back to Portland and attended Sam Barlow High where I graduated from. I went on to Western Culinary Institute and graduated with a culinary degree in 1985. I moved back to Spokane with my wife and son in 1987. I have worked in Various restaurants in Spokane since then, Luna, Shenanigans, Marriott and Sodexho for 12 years.
