| About Me | I moved to California and ran professionally for Nike and then New York Athletic Club for 5 years and a personal trainer. I married Kelsea in 2008, ran in the Olympic Trials the next month, wrote a book about my training program I developed in 2009 (Spiked Up Ready To Run), I was attacked by a buffalo in a herding accident late 2009 and decided to hang up the spikes in January 2010 from minor injuries because of the incident.
