About Me	I tend to say what I think without filtering which can be refreshing and sometimes funny or embarrassing, or alternatively can really irritate people. If you want to know what I think or how I feel about something I am likely telling you or wearing it on my face. I have come to accept that I am not the type of person that everyone will like and I think I am OK with that. In turn, there are very few people that I truly care to spend time with and I am grateful for them. I have always had very low tolerance for rudeness and arrogance and an admiration for people like my grandfather who always seemed to bring out the best in others (that wasn't passed down to me!) I think I found a great profession in veterinary medicine- well, except for the whole dealing with people part! I am challenged regularly and get to use my noggin. I am at the same time excited and scared by the amount I am still learning. Just when I think I have this veterinary medicine stuff figured out, I get a case that stumps...(read more)
