About Me	Dr. Sharon Link has a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies specializing in organizational systems and is a certified coach and trained facilitator. Sharon has worked with Fortune 500 companies in the NYC Metro Area including American Express, Weight Watchers, Celgene Pharmaceutical, National Urban Alliance, and Columbia University of NYC. Sharon is also an Associate Professor for a private college where she designed and teaches an online graduate program. She is a prolific author of dozens of published research based articles and various books on topics related to leadership, coaching, statistics, and autism. Sharon’s experience as the HR Director for a public school district has been beneficial to her clients in developing customized on-boarding and managerial training programs. Passionate about e-learning, Sharon is an expert in using the authoring and hosting technologies associated with this environment.
