About Me	After HS worked a little with my brother Duane Walker doing some construction with for Paul Shonk Construction. Joined Air Force Feb 69 Left for Vietnam as a postal clerk OL 1505 USAFPCS returned in Jul 70 Was stationed at Keesler AFB.MS as a billeting clerk for about 1 yr. Stationed at Ent AFB,CO for 3 yrs 4600 Operations Sq 'STRAIGHT ARROWS' then to Norton AFB,CA for 18 yrs flying on the great C-141 Starlifter as a Aircraft Loadmaster 15 MAS 'GLOBAL EAGLES' Was an Instructor, Flight Examiner, and Chief Loadmaster, Left for Scott AFB, IL in 92 worked on HQ AMC/IG (Inspector General) as a Loadmaster.. Mostly staff work, and observing aircrews doing their job in a safe manner during ORI's(Operational Readiness Exercises), Quality Assistance Visits. Got to see the majority of this great earth. Good times and not so good times. . Sure miss all of those the great folks I had the privilege to work with, for, and associate, and the trips all over the world. Retired in Mar 95 after being in the Air Force over 26 years. Worked driving a 18 wheeler for 11 years for a US Mail Contractor, I rehabed homes with a couple of friends of mine , worked for my landlord updated some of his apartments painting, new floors etc, until 2012, semi retired, moved to Pensacola FLA 2 years later now fully retired, I'm the pool boy and lawn...(read more)
