About Me	After completing my education, my husband and I moved to Trinity County, CA., where we built our own home and developed our land. I briefly taught elementary school and then went to work the State of California from which I took an early retirement in 2001. Living in the mountains, surrounded by National Forest lands, led to my interest in environmental issues and outdoors recreational sports.
