| About Me | I moved to New Mexico in 1975, worked for the New Mexico State Police until 1978 when I married and moved to Dalhart, Texas, I worked for the City of Dalhart where I went to Texas A&m's code Enforcement School after for 2 years we moved to Pampa, Texas . I worked ther until 1990 serving as the Emergency Management Coordinator and Building Official. I then went to Ilinois where I was the McHenry County Zoning Officer for 2 years, then returned to Texas and went to work for the Governor's Division of Emergency Management. I retired as State Coordinator for Operations and Preparedness two years ago to be with my wife who was terminally ill. Twila passed away on Oct. 24, 2008.
