| About Me | I got married in '72 and we lived in Gainesville, FL until l973. My husband went to graduate school in Springfield, MA and graduated in l975. We moved to Tampa, FL and worked until I had our first daughter, Audrey, in l980...then we had our son in l982. I worked part-time at the YMCA as an aerobics instructor, a fitness instructor, a pre-school gymnastics teacher, and a member service rep. After our kids grew to the "moving out" age, I took on a full-time job at the University of South Florida Federal Credit Union where I have been for almost 11 years. I was married for 35 at which time my husband and I agreed to a divorce. Since that time I have been involved with a lovely man whom I enjoy motorcycling, boating, and taking care of rescue animals. My daughter got married in 2007 and has had her first baby this past January 2010 (my first grandchild)...a true blessing. We all live here in the Tampa area...I am in a suburb of Tampa called Gibsonton. I work full-time as a member service rep, and besides being a grammie, I am very involved with ferral kitties, and rescue, etc. I have had many blessings over the years, but the death of my mother this past July 2009 has had the biggest impact that me, my sister, and my dad could ever immagine living throug...(read more) |
