About Me	Greetings, Red Raider family! After Paulsboro I earned a B.A. from Rutgers College and a Master of Divinity from New Brunswick Theological Seminary. Then I earned a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers-Newark and finished 48 credits of doctoral study in Childhood Studies at Rutgers-Camden. My research there looked at how technology shapes young people's identity and spiritual growth. I began my career at the Rutgers University Office of Financial Aid first as a college work-study student, a financial aid counselor, and up to an Assistant Director and then the Imaging Systems Administrator, I led a digital transformation across all three campuses and trained more than 55 staff. That work grew into more than 28 years of helping families with college admissions and financial aid through powerfulvisions.org. Along the way, I directed admissions and scholarships for leadership academies at Princeton University. I also served as Educational Administrator for NJ-STEP, where I guided the first group of 15 incarcerated young men to earn associate degrees through Mercer County Community College. Most recently, I taught GED Social Studies at Isles Youth Institute in Trenton. In ministry, I serve as Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church of Trenton. Before that I served more than four years as Intentional Interim Pastor at Second Baptist Church of Moorestown. Today I call myself a Digital Pastor and AI Visionary. I'm the Founder and CEO of Powerful Visions LLC (powerfulvisions.ai), where we help churches, nonprofits, and community organizations use artificial intelligence wisely and ethically. Our motto is "Ubuntu is the CEO, AI is the intern": people and community come first, and technology serves them. I'm a graduate of the Outskill Generative AI Mastermind. I've also been a professional DJ since the 1980s, and I host the podcast "Is That True?" as DJ Prophetic1. You can listen at podomatic.com/podcasts/djprophetic1. I'm a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Kappa Upsilon Sigma Chapter. I live in Willingboro with my beloved wife, Minister Regina Howard Holmes.
