| About Me | I graduated from SFA in 1972, earning a teaching certificateI. I moved to central texas working in women's news at the Temple Daily Telegram, and then to Austin to work as personal assistant to State Representative John R. Bigham of Bell county (five years) and did free lance radio commercials/magazine articles. I married, became a mother to a wonderful daughter - 1998 PHS graduate! - taught at Jackson Intermediate, and retired from teaching 9th grade English at Sam Rayburn High School. I was a single mom for five years after a divocrce, and married a 1963 graduate of South Houston High School.
