| About Me | I'm an incognito foreigner. People make immigrant jokes in my presence. I grind my teeth and try to suppress my anger. I tell 'em I grew up behind the Iron Curtain, punk. Don't fucking mess with me. After all, I learned karate by watching American karate movies kindly broadcast to my young impressionable eyes by the BBC. Yes, I realize I don't have an accent. I do things like get in a taxi and say, the library, and step on it!" I have an unbelievable knack for crashing motorized vehicles... Automobiles, jet skis, pontoon boats. You name it, I've crashed it. I read African literature, follow the ATP tour, listen to power ballads and sleep with the window open... I loathe when people ignore the simple rules of grammar when composing emails, text messages, Instant Messages, and the like... I also don't appreciate when people provide statements of opinion (rather than fact) when engaging in scholarly debate. Is there anything else you would like to know about me?
