| About Me | I seek there for I am! Pain encompassed pushes me out I fall into strangeness, a table all bloody, cold steel became familiar, adjusted my sight, familiarize the tools in which one is wrapped, the sensoriums plight then the fight to the death for? choking, fading, peering into the void, out through the gravel of the grave into the dank stale air still further a clear breath enters for the second time I rise. Saturday Feb 27th ’10 Morning; a gray morning in a gray house. I have the fire going. I sit before the window sipping the warmth of the brew , chocolate coffee with marshmallows. I put out oats for the birds and the bunnies, what a tough guy I am these days with gray face, gray head watching, Byrd watching birds, they chase and fight for the prize, me, no not me I fight no more for the foolish fodder, my fight is for the fragrance. Two coyotes patrol the sage followed by a jackrabbit, some juncos sit perched in the junipers and the others bounce upon the ground, a titmouse moves tirelessly and over there, sitting all gray, in the gray house that’s me sipping my brew, looking at you reading my books and looking and thinking reading and blinking leaning back and wanting so badly to grow, to become a true man a good being. I was so stuck driven so deep into myself that I was draining out, I knew it, could feel it, feel life leaving each day, I knew it was a disease, that I was dieing that I was to diminish, disintegrate. I tried to hide my dieing, protecting myself from the Truth by a carefully devised corruption. I shudder. I’m so glad, so thankful that I lived long enough to feel the misery of the lies, gasping in anguish long enough to know there was a better way, one that a fool as foolish as I could enter, without qualifications of my own, I tried my hand at it once. But it was severed, slowly the pain was revealing and through the beauty of lament, dark sight. For I, in my structure of dank electric bulb night, was awakened, pulled from my spittle, anguished drained of me lying in a pool of snot and tears divine blood began to saturated me. Seared by this heat I was steered out from my crumbling structure and into the dark light of the divine, to bright to see the features of my support, here in this atmosphere I was suspended unable to know beyond the darkness where I was to land, only faith remained to hold me up, out of my reach, here one dies and here one is born in the timeless blackness of Spiritual beginnings. I tried to hold on to my selfishness, ego clung to me. We held one another looking into each others empty eyes, slipping. I held myself away from this death until I could hold myself no more, there was no more time, no more strength, no mind , not even a legitimate thought remained to hold me away and as I began to slip from my tired selfish grip, I fell, floating into the abyss I heard a cry I cried and our cries met as I entered into His bloody side, I entered into the One who died, eternally. He died oh we died, he held me in himself and we died, yet through His goodness and beauty and His Truth death could not hold Him, oh us through Him, in him I rise, I too rise, am held in life and in death and in Spirit we join in fullness within and without we abide.
