About Me	Retired from 40 years in ministry in 2009. Half of those years were in health care chaplaincy, half in the parish. Served in Illinois, Wisconsin, Vermont, New York and Minnesota. Longest appointment was as chaplain director of the St. Croix Chaplaincy Association in Stillwater MN. In retirement I participate in the United Methodist and Unitarian Universalist congregations in White Bear Lake MN, volunteer at the American Swedish Institute in Minneapolis, the Gammelgården Museum in Scandia and the chaplain corps of the Washington County Sheriff's Office in Stillwater. My son Paul teaches Linguistics at Boston University. My daughter Karen and her husband Brian live close by with their three children, Abby, Bailey and Logan. My daughter Sarah works for AirBNB in Seattle WA. My former spouse Nancy and I participate in many family events together. She lives in Stillwater. I live in Hugo MN, le...(read more)
