About Me	I have been working for Family Karate Center since1996 and full time since 1999. I teach all ages from 3 through adult. I am so lucky to have the best job in the world! Karate is not only my job, but my hobby..I am a 4th degree black belt, and once I beat my Lyme Disease (I have had it for 10 yrs so it is a tough case to treat) I can begin working hard towards my 5th degree. I am very into taking care of myself, and I eat a plant based diet..(no animal products what-so-ever) and found that has helped me tremendously. I love animals, which is another reason why I am a vegan. I urge everyone to watch the documentary Earthlings if you want to learn what goes on to produce the milk, eggs, meat and leather you buy in the store. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family.
