About Me	Designated as a Naval Aviator in 1971. Served as flight instructor and then carrier pilot. Switched to Navy Civil Engineer Corps. Served in Virginia, Guantanamo Bay, and Japan. Served with the SEABEES and in the White House Military Office. Retired from active duty in 1990 and joined Bechtel as a project manager. Project Manager for renovation of US embassy, Moscow, Russia; for environmental cleanup. Led National Center for Combating Terrorism at Nevada Test Site and Construction Manager at Department of Energy's Pantex Plant.
