About Me	After graduating from Needham HS, I entered the United States Air Force and began a career in law enforcement and security. I retired from the Air Force in 1978 as a Command Chief Master Sergeant of Security Police. I then began a career in civilian law enforcement with the Hampton Sheriff;s Department. While working for the Sheriff's Department, I attended St.Leo University where I received an Associiate's Degree in Police Science and a BA in Criminology. I retired from the Hampton Sheriff's Department as Chief Deputy in 1992. From here, I began a third career with the Hampton Roads Academy for Criminal Justice.
