About Me	My Partner Out on the road, patrolling Late at night, I give all my time, I give it all my might. Riding with me a partner, a brother, a friend, He'll be right beside me, all the way to the end. He know that this job is not the safest, Tonight we may face a burglar, murder, or rapest. But he stand by my side, strong and true, I know he'll be there through and through. Other units might be minutes, even miles away, But i know their coming, I just keep the suspect at bay. But as long as I'm there, standing right by my side Is the one from my car, who is along for the ride. When the time comes for me to answer my call, I know he will be there to lead me, and not let me fall. Other deputies are coming, in a hurry and fast I hope that they make it, before it's time to pass. As i lay there on the ground, I realize I'm not alone My partner is beside me, with a reassuring tone. "Our brothers in arms are coming, without a stall They will help us soon, I won't let this be our last call." As we wait in the dark, My partner prays with me I see the lights coming. I can see them clearly. As help arrives, my partner stays by my side, I can see tears on his face, even though they've dried. My partner has helped me through another fight, I'll live to work another cold dark night. I'm dressed in green , and he is dressed in white. My partner is no other, than my Guardian Angel tonight.
