About Me	After receiving B.A. in Political Science from UNC-Chapel Hill, I went on to have a wonderful 26 year career of federal government service. I worked for 22 years in the U.S. Senate on the staffs of 3 Senators; Senator Mack Mattingly of Georgia (1981-1982); Senator Jesse Helms (1982-2003); and briefly for U.S. Senator Elizabeth Dole (March to April of 2007). I served from 2003 to 2007 as a political appointee in the Administration of President George W. Bush at the U.S. Department of Energy. I now am the President of my own federal affairs lobbying firm, The Boyles Company, Inc. I assist clients who have difficulties, problems, and/or issues with the federal legislative and/or executive branch.
