About Me	I just got back from 6 weeks in MN where I was born and raised. It was awesome spending time with family and friends, doing my own thing. I had a family reunion plus a bunch of mini-reunions with cousins. I took a trip with cousins to southern MN where our ancestors are from and got tons of photos of the old homes and grave sites. I helped plan my class reunion and that came off so great. We had the best two days together with old school friends, I really mean old because it was our 50th!! Sorry all you classmates I made do crazy things, but it was such fun. One sad end to the trip was the passing of my dad's brother. Uncle Hewey passed away and we were able to be there for his funeral. I was so grateful for that. He has always been so special to me. I was like a daughter to him growing up, his twin boys were my little brothers and we were always spending time together when our dads were building houses. We also worked in Shaklee for 21 years together and had the greatest times traveling the world. Great memories. I also was able to give him his last request of me, I sang "This Old House" for his service!! It turned out great and everyone left as he had asked the minister, "with a smile on their faces, not sad"!! That was one of his favorite songs and a part of our family reunions for many years. I sang it every time since I was a little girl. I took tons of photos so I have all those memories right on my computer any time I want to see them. We got to spend time with Bob's mom and all the family on that side. His sister was so great to let me stay with her and us three girls had a great time!! Thanks, Deb. I put 2500 miles on my PT AFTER I got to MN. We put on over 4,000 in those 6 weeks. It was a wonderful trip and one I will always cherish. Tha...(read more)
