About Me	I joined the U.S. Air Force in September of 1982 and my career field was Security Specialist (Security Forces now). My first assignment, after Tech School training, brought me back close to where I grew up. My second assignment took me to Honolulu, Hawaii. I stayed in the active military until 1988. Immediately, I continued my military career and joined the Hawaii Air National Guard and worked full time for them. While working for the Hawaii Air National Guard, I did a lot of traveling. I traveled to Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Germany, Norway, England, Iraq (before the war), and seen most of the states in the United States. I retired from the National Guard in 2005. I consider Hawaii my home, but when I retired, good paying jobs were not available that could support me in Hawaii. I moved to Southern California (Orange County) where I work for The Boeing Company for three and a half years as a security specialist. That was when I started earning my college degrees.
