Worked for Catholic Charities Serving Central American Refugee Community and established Shelter for Central American Refugee Women and Children. Co-founded Casas Con Corazon !st culturally based foster care program in SF to recruit Latino foster parents to provide homes for Latino children who were Dependents and Wards of the Court.
