| About Me | I am an innovative, experienced, self-starting, highly creative Training professional, passionate about making a difference. I possess an innate dedication to maintaining current knowledge of innovations, research, theories, technologies, and trends in the field of Instruction and Training Development with a strong fluency and business exposure to adult learning theory. Additionally, I am fluent with state-of-the-art training techniques and technologies including cutting edge learning management systems and HRIS systems such as SABA, SumTotal, Plateau, Success Factors, Metrics That Matter and others. I possess hands-on expertise and fluency with current learning trends / technologies and rapid authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Studio & Storyline and Trivantis Lectora. I also use online social networking tools such as Facebook, LinkedIn Microsoft Lync and Constant Contact for learning purposes. I possess nearly two decades of hands-on expertise and fluency with both Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Video Production Suite, as well as 3D animation tools such as 3D Studio Max.
