| About Me | After raising my family, I began cruising to the St. Thomas, Bermuda, Mexico etc. In fact, Roberta Brown (class of 1965 went with me to Mexico. In the Fall of 2007, I traveled to Bejing and climbed the first (only the 1st) leg of the Great Wall. visited the Forbidden City, and Silk and Embroidery Institutes. This trip would not have been complete without visiting Tianenmen Square and The Summer Palace. I disliked the "real" Chinese food and thought I would starve to death. Happily we came across a restaurant serving fresh green salads and fruit. This was a wonderful trip and made me brought to be an American once again after witnessing the living situations of the poor and learning more indepth history.
