About Me	It's not everyday that you come across an individual that is warm, compassionate, honest, trustworthy and willing to go many extra miles in order to successfully complete a sale for either buyer or seller. However, Yvonne is just that person!! She believes that the customer is priority #1. She specializes in helping anyone who needs assistance in buying or selling real estate in the greater Phoenix area. Yvonne has been a full-time REALTOR® for nineteen years, all of which have been with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. She has been an Executive Sales Associate since 1994. Not only is she a consummate professional at work, she is also a dedicated wife and foster mother. She has served on various committees relating to real estate i.e. Phoenix Association of REALTORS® Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity, which she chaired in 1998. She has been a member of the Phoenix Asociation of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors for the past nineteen years, also. She was also appointed to the position of director of the Arizona Association of Realtors and served a one-year term.
