About Me	Left Mason in 1967 when family moved to Bloomfield Hills. Graduated from Bloomfield Hills Lahser HS in 1969. Married my high school sweetheart - Joan Neiswander in DEC 1972. Graduated from ERAU in 1973, entered Navy flight training. Earned wings in 1974 and assigned as an Advanced Jet instructor in the Naval Air Training Command flying the TA-4J "Skyhawk". Transitioned to the A-7 in 1979 but changed from pilot to Naval Flight Officer in 1980. Assigned to VQ-3 in Guam as navigator/communications officer on EC-130Q aircraft. Left active duty in 1982. Joined the Navy Reserve flying as Tactical Navigator in P-3B "Orions" with VP-94 in New Orleans LA. Retired in 1997 as a Commander (O5). In 1983 I became a contract flight simulator instructor for the Navy back at my old training base in TX. In 1988 I moved to Pittsburgh PA with USAir (now US Airways) as an aircraft systems instructor. Transfered to Charlotte in 2002 where I currently instruct flight crews...(read more)
