About Me	I attended Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio, and graduated first in my class with a double-major degree in philosophy and theology, and a history minor. After graduation, I obtained a position at the University and eventually became editor-in-chief of Franciscan University Press before retiring to raise my children. I do some freelance editing now, and am also still an artist. Some of my prints are for sale at the Franciscan Univ. Bookstore. I home-school all of my children, four of whom are now teenagers (in 2012). My husband, Kevin, our five children and I live on 79 wooded acres just outside of Richmond, Ohio. Kevin has been a professor at Franciscan since 1988, having received his doctorate from Case Western Reserve University in 1986. We are very active in our Catholic parish and are also staunch, conservative Republicans. Our kids and I recently attended both of Rick Santorum's events in Steubenville, including the one on Super Tuesday 2012, after which I was interviewed by the New York Times, a Japanese TV network and newspaper reporter, a French newspaper reporter, and the Associated Press.
