| About Me | I am nothing too special. I come from a poor background. I grew up with a decent childhood until my parents split up at the age of 11. From then on I grew up really fast because I am the oldest of five. I had to grow up quick so I could be a role model for my siblings and set the bar high for them so they can surpass me in anything I do. I would always go to school and have good grades. Went straight home from school everyday so that the negative environment never affect me like it did my cousins. It was 't until my 11th grade year where i broke out of the cycle and became a student athlete. High school is where I found my true passion in life. It was to help everyone around me because I saw what a negative environment like Compton/Lynwood can do to to kids. So I pursue my academic and go to college but little did I know I was not ready to face the world alone. I was not in the right mind set and was kicked out out of college for bad grades. I was working at In-N-Out at the time all this happened and well I got sick and tired of living the life of 9-5 everyday. A very good friend of mine introduced me to USANA Health Science and his organization. It literally blew my mind away. It was something I never experience before. It gave me hope that I can change and purse my dreams again of helping the community I came from. Thanks to the amazing company, USANA, and the extraordinary organization, ERA, I have matured and learned so much. I never thought in my whole life I could feel this happy again and its through the mentors and leaders I look up to that makes me who I am today. This is just the beginning of my journey. I am still young but I am always willing to learn. Thank you Mr. Gabriel Golden for sharing with me what you saw and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
