About Me	Aloha fom Maui Always beautiful weather here. I am a retired Reading Specialist and teacher from California. Now I have a palm tree farm up on a mountain overlooking the sea. Currently my husband Ben and I have nine varieties and a very large fruit and vegetable garden. Seldom do we have to buy fruit or vegetables. I love cooking, traveling, gardening, architecture and remodeling homes and am one of the originators of starting the Tea Party- (taxed enough all ready) on Maui. I am fortunate to have two beautiful children , Joey and Dee Dee, and the cutest grandson, Jaden. My daughter-in law Holly is a beauty and a wonderful mother. My dear husband is loving, kind and very devoted to me, and I love Ben dearly. We spend our time mostly on our small farm or with good friends in Yachats, and Vida in Oregon, and in Maui. Having two homes to maintain is a challenge at times, but I love both places dearly. We belong to the Union Church in Makawao, Our dear friends and neighbors Polly and Jim belong to the same church so we share rides. It is a long beautiful drive and afterwards we always explore a new part of the island and go to lunch. They are like family to us. I have a Mother, brothers and a niece, Racheal, in California and an Uncle and Aunt in Florence, Oregon. Ben has a sister, nieces and grand nieces and nephews.
