| About Me | Got my BA in PA, and then went to work for the Army for almost 3 years in Huntsville, AL. Moved to FL to work for NASA for 5 years, in Cape Canaveral, married, had two kids, and moved to Saudi Arabia, leaving the federal government to do so. Lived there 3 1/2 years, getting a federal job there after 5 months, and then transferring to the Army in St. Louis, working there for 5 years. Moved back to Pgh for 3 years with the Department of Energy (DOE), and left Pgh wtih great pain, as I loved it THERE, but did not like the job. Moved to Colorado and worked for DOE through Dec 2008, and retired. Moved around the area near Golden, CO but remarried in 2000, and now live in Golden since 2005. Kids are through college and doing well, both living in the area, and so I see them and my grandchildren often. Joined a mountain club early on in Colorado, and have advanced to roped mountain climbing and high elevation peak climbing, which is my primary non-family, non-work interest.
