About Me	6'0 ft, 245lbs bodybuilder/weightlifter. I discovered, once I graduated from Largo, I learned many things, but the Army showed me that you must move forward and never look back and I have been thankful for every experience that I have had, there is an old saying" What do you do when the weight of the world is on your shoulders, plant your feet!!"
