About Me	Graduated junior college & married Carmen Vann of Jesup, Ga in 1971 -Graduated UGA & moved to Fernandina Beach, Fl in 1973 - MY children were born in 1975 & 1977 - Worked as a teacher/coach & social worker before becoming a claims adjuster in 1979 - Transferred to Macon, Ga - Since 1979 I have worked all hurricanes & major storms in the South - Worked in LaGrange for 10 weeks after 1983 hail storm - Opened my own claims service in 1991 - Moved my business to Florida & my life back to the beach (Cocoa Beach) in 2001. My California grandsons were born in 2001 & 2005. Now I work mostly as a consultant and an appointed mediator to disputes & problem claims. In 2006 Carm & I celebrated 35 years of marraige by purchasing a second home in Athens, adjacent to the University of Georgia & a short walk to Sanford Stadium. 2007-08-My son Matthew married another Carmen & my granddaughter, Amelia Elizabeth "Millie Meadows, was born 0n 7/20/2008. 2011- Cash Louis Meadows, my 4th grandchild arrived. Wife, Carmen retired as teacher after 38 years, & decided to move to Georgia to be closer to grandkids. 2012 - Sold Florida home & moved permanently to Athens. 2013 - Retired from claims work after 34 years. 2014-16 - Enjoy Athens & UGA.
