About Me	So I thought it was time to update all my information... Im a graduate from the Le Cordon Bleu in Portland Oregon in 2005. I love all kinds and styles of cooking. Herbs and I are fantastic friends. We mesh quite well together. If there is a food out there I haven't had, I am willing to try it (unless I am allergic to it) like (Tuna). I enjoy doing quite a bit of different things. Extremely love to travel all over the place. Moved to the west coast about 11yrs ago and havent looked back. You can always find me in between Portland Oregon and Phoenix Arizona. Two of my favorite places to be. I was raised in Oklahoma (NOT my choice). It was a great life, still talk to quite a bit of people from there. My family lives there, which always make a great time going back for a visit. I have a twin who lives in Ohio and we are (gemini) He makes me so happy and I am sure when something is bothering me he know or can feel that, as I can feel those as well. Thought it was time to take a little extra time out of my life to publish a cookbook, which has always been a dream of mine.
