About Me	I retired from the Federal Government as the Human Resources Director, Hqs. US Army Material Command, Washington, DC. Prior to my last assignment I worked for several Army installations throughout the United States as well as in Germany with the Department of Defense Dependent Schools. I was the Director of School Teacher/Principal recruitment and placement in Karlsruhe, Germany for almost 8 years. Since retiring from the Government, I have been a Senior Consultant for several companies. I served on the Board of George Mason University DoD Mentor-Protegee Program. I'm also a Board Member of the US Army Civilian Personnel Alumni Association and until three years ago I was President of my own consulting company (Brooks Enterprises).
